Retail investors must invest a minimum amount to apply for a lot of shares. This minimum investment is calculated based on the upper end of a fixed price range. The price range has been set between two amounts.

Each share has a face value, and lots are made up of multiple shares. Further investments can be made in multiples of this lot size.

A significant portion of the offer has been allocated to qualified institutional buyers, with the remainder split between retail investors and non-institutional investors.
