A significant increase in water stock has occurred, with levels reaching 97.48 per cent of total useful capacity. This rise follows rainfall in areas that supply water. The total live storage of the lakes is reported to be 1,410,895 million litres.

The water stock had been at 96.41 per cent the previous day, and the current level is slightly lower than the same time in previous years.
