A smuggling operation involving foreign gold has been uncovered. The syndicate used a network of transit passengers and an airline staff member to transport gold. Several people have been arrested, including a 23-year-old resident and five nationals from another country.

The investigation is ongoing, with a focus on the financial channels used by the syndicate. A significant amount of gold, weighing 6.65 kg and valued at ₹10.75 crore, was seized during the operation.
