The scheme applies to certain residential, school, and hospital buildings occupied before a specific date with individual units of up to 80 square meters. These buildings must have been granted development permission and have not received an occupancy certificate.
Applications for the scheme will be made online through AutoDCR by an authorized professional. The online link is expected to be available on the official website soon.
