Four major civic hospitals have received new equipment to aid in medical imaging. The hospitals, which include Sion, KEM, Cooper, and Nair, are run by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. The new additions are Magnetic Resonance Imaging machines, with each of the four hospitals getting one.

These MRI machines were installed after a prolonged delay. The hospitals that received the machines are significant civic hospitals.

Further details about the installation and expected impact of the new MRI machines can be found in the source publication.
